10:30 am: Welcome and presentation of the CQAM
11:00 am: Visit of the exhibition Touching the Ambiguity of Kerstin Ergenzinger and presentation of OBORO by the artist centre team.
11:30 am: Discovery of Zoe Bacchus’ How many miles can the body take and presentation of Studio XX in the presence of Ximena Holuigue, programming coordinator at the artist centre.
12:00 pm to 1:15 pm: Networking dinner. Lunch included!
1:30 p.m.: Visit of Line Nault’s 2012 installation at the Maison de la culture du Plateau-Mont-Royal in the presence of the artist.
2:20 p.m.: Heewon Lee’s Infinity III exhibition at the Cinémathèque québécoise in the presence of Émilie Boudrias, BIAN project manager.
The objective of the Digital Arts Tour is to contribute to the professionalization of the next generation of digital artists by giving them the opportunity to learn about the services and programs available to them and to discover organizations in their community. The event will also allow the next generation to meet their peers and build a network of contacts. The aim is to help young artists and students to be better equipped and to start their careers.
