Description : Live coding opens audio-visual expressive opportunities with great potential for the creation of synaesthetic experiences through the writing of algorithms on-the-fly. This workshop is focused on visual and sound improvisation; exploring musical ideas and rhythms through sound patterns in ‘TidalCycles’, besides we will create glitches and audio-reactive visuals by transforming oscillators and functions through the live coding video synthesizer ‘Hydra’.
Prerequisite: Open to all! Participants should bring their own laptops. It is advised to install the text editor ‘Atom’ with TidalCycles and Hydra packages in advance, any doubts in this regard can be send to yectocsalev@gmail.com

Introduction to 3D Modelling

Workshop by Anna Eyler
Description: This one-day workshop will provide an introduction to Blender: a professional, open-source software for 3D modelling, rendering, and animation. Participants will learn how to import, modify 3D models from the Thingiverse. A brief introduction to Blender materials, lighting systems, and image rendering will be provided.
Prerequisite: Blender is an open-source software compatible with Mac, Linux, and PC computers. Participants should bring their own mouse and laptop with the software installed.
