Thanks to the support of Emploi Québec, Main Film, dedicated to independent cinematographic creation, pursues its mission of supporting emerging filmmakers ever further. This winter, we are offering complete and affordable professional long-term workshop focused on funding his film. This workshop given by Hany Ouichou will allow you to discover in depth:
- The main institutions likely to support you financially as well as the specifics of each.
- Study, analyze and comment files submitted and which have been funded or refused by these different institutions.
- The key elements to master for submit a relevant grant file (in particular the note of intent and the budget).
- And a two-hour private mentorship on each project.
The workshop will focus on practice in order to make the concepts and the lessons presented more concrete and easier to assimilate. The workshop is open to 10 people. Ideally, people taking the workshop have a file ready or have already submitted a file that has been refused. This file will be submitted to the instructor. The workshop is aimed at self-employed media arts workers in Montreal and more specifically at emerging filmmakers.
