Are you an Indigenous artist based in Montreal? You could be eligible for a grant of up to $15,000 to present a project.
This new program is for Indigenous (First Nations, Inuit and Métis) professional artists who resides on the Island of Montréal who would like to benefit from a project grant.
The Conseil des arts de Montréal’s Support Program for Indigenous Artists aims to promote the plurality of Indigenous arts practices by supporting:
- creation, production and dissemination projects;
- the advancement of traditional and contemporary artistic practices;
- the professionalization of artists;
- the implementation of artistic activities.
Term of the grant
Projects can be completed between September 16, 2020, and August 31, 2021.
