For this third residency, VYV will welcome artist Matthew Biederman in the winter 2019 to continue his project entitled DeltaT.
Since the mid-1990s, Matthew Biederman has been working on the themes of perception, media saturation and data processing in multiple forms. An audiovisual performance combining lasers and generative projections on several screens, DeltaT explores the interconnectivity of space, time and gravity on a multitude of different scales.
Founded in 2004, VYV is known worldwide for its flexible software systems and video projection tools that enable the creation of cutting-edge interactive special effects. In addition to providing access to many state-of-the-art equipment, this research and creative residency offers a total of 200 hours of technical support.
The residency will take place from January 16 to February 25, 2019.
