Too often neglected or abstract, documentary writing is nevertheless essential to the production of a strong work of art. In this context, Jean-François Lesage has developed a particular approach that he will share with you throughout this workshop.
Thus, you will be accompanied to define the key narrative elements to build your documentary story, to make aesthetic and ethical choices, and discover some devices that you can use. Also, you will be able to better structure your ideas, define your intentions, and succeed in transmitting them while developing your narrative style. The training also focuses on the exchange with the group through the analysis of different projects and the viewing of excerpts. This workshop immerses you in the heart of the practice while promoting reflection.
