With a strong background in the milieu, Sylvie Raymond has collaborated on many projects, especially for the CIAC, ECM, CQM and the M.A.L. She will lead CQAM until the integration project completed, on which she and CQAM have been working for several months. It is therefore in a spirit of collaboration, consultation and mobilization that she will take the lead of the organization for the next eight months.
We would also like to highlight the remarkable work of Isabelle L’Italien, who has devoted the last nine years to the defence and recognition of the digital and cinematographic arts community. During her three mandates as Executive Director, Isabelle has organized many activities, international missions and creative residencies. She has defended and promoted the independent arts community on many committees and working groups. Thanks to her passionate commitment, the media arts community today has the recognition it deserves from public funders, cultural institutions and the cultural community in general. Many thanks, Isabelle, for your clear commitment and your struggles for the artists and organizations in the media arts community.
