Eastern Bloc: Introduction to Arduino

Introduction to Arduino is an introduction to physical computing and its application in creative projects. In so-called physical computing, a set of electronic components work together under the direction of a machine intelligence or computer program to communicate with the outside world. In many cases, this intelligence is supported by a micro-controller, and the electromechanical components obtain information from the physical world (sensors) and act on it (actuators).
